Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
In-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days. Made-to-order pieces may take longer with lead times noted in the product description. If you're on a tight timeline, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help if we can.
Yes, we’re happy to ship worldwide. Please email us at hello@carlyhome.com with your shipping address and desired items, and we’ll provide a shipping quote and timeline.
As many of our items are made to order, expedited shipping may not be possible due to production timelines. If you would like to receive your order sooner than our standard shipping, please email us at hello@carlyhome.com for a custom shipping rate.
We’ll do our best to assist. Once a package leaves our studio, it’s in the carrier’s hands, but we’ll work with you to resolve any issues. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right.
Orders
Any item made-to-order will ship within the product's lead time which is listed on the product page. Wallpaper 4-6 weeks, Pillows 3-6 weeks and Monogramed pajamas 2-4 weeks. When your order ships, a shipment confirmation with tracking numbers will be sent to the email address entered at checkout.
As many of our items are made to order, once an order has been received it cannot be modified or canceled.

Wallpaper and Fabrics can be rushed for an additional feed of $200 (goes straight to the manufacturer.)
Whenever possible, we’ll ship your order in one package. If your order contains made-to-order items and stock items, we may ship them separately so you don’t have to wait.
Yes! Many of our designs can be customized in terms of size, color, or fabric. Please email us at hello@carlyhome.com with what you have in mind, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Returns
We accept returns for refund on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Please email us at hello@carlyhome.com to begin a return.
Once your return has been received we will issue you a refund less the cost of original shipping and return shipping.
Custom pieces, made-to-order items including wallpaper, fabrics, pillows and monogrammed items, & anything marked “final sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
Email us at hello@carlyhome.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return. If the return is approved, we’ll send instructions for shipping it back.

Occasionally! We announce promotions through our newsletter and on Instagram. Sign up and follow along to be the first to know.
We do not offer price adjustments on past orders, including those placed before a sale or promotion.
Discounts must be applied at checkout and cannot be retroactively added to an order. If you’re having trouble with a code, please reach out before completing your purchase—we’re happy to help.
Gift Cards
Yes! Gift cards can be purchased online or from our Downtown Ojai shop.
If shopping instore, please present to associate at the beginning of the transaction.
For online purchases, enter your gift card's unique code in the gift card field and select "Apply" to apply your available balance to the transaction.
